In April 2021, four CARTOONAL films has been shown in the 5th edition of the International Film Festival Gorinchem in the Netherlands,
and some of them have been displayed in different LUMINARA performances.
A new series of animated designs, titled APERTURE ANIMATIONS, has been produced over the past year
in collaboration with my partner, Sara Behrad.
To date, 30 pieces have been completed, and production is still ongoing.
This collection of films is primarily based on my cartoons and short stories from the last three decades.
The common thread among these films is their brevity and their simplicity in both design and execution.
